21 October to 4 December 2016, presenting 23 images from 16 photographers, including Tudor Prince by myself Steve Power. The London-based group was invited to present the exhibition at the art gallery, as part of its stated commitment to support a diverse range of artists, present new works alongside its historic collection, and reach out to new audiences.
Katty Pearce, curator for the City of London Corporation, said: “My colleagues and I at Guildhall Art Gallery were very pleased with the breadth and creativity of the photographers’ responses to their brief. Money and power are associated closely with the Square Mile and we want to engage artistically with those subjects. The images that we have selected are provocative, playful, and striking, and we hope that people will enjoy them.” My work sold within 6 minutes of opening,
